TechEd's IT Solutions provides computing and communications infrastructure, services and support. We specialise in a wide range of information technology solutions for your school, including network management, system assessment, project management, network design, and integration and security.

TechEd's objectives

TechEd can also assist schools with other ICT requirements such as planning and implementation advice, staff professional development, purchasing advice and other duties requested by the school. Our theory behind IT outsourcing is that an expert third party can handle IT functions most efficiently and less expensively than the school itself.

Remote assistance - Many number of computer problems do not necessarily mean an engineer has to call out. Remote access can save you money on call out charges as well as providing immediate response. Providing our team with remote access to every pc in your office means yourschool has in effect its own IT department.

Call out response time - Should a visit to your school be necessary, your school needs to be up and running ASAP. Teched can provide same day response time to minimize this down time. Telephone assistance - Our help desk can provide you and your staff with support on many issues they may encounter during the working day. A quick phone call can sometimes prevent an office ours of down time.

Preventative Maintenance - A preventative maintenance's primary purpose is to minimise system outages and if systems do fail, the impact will be controlled and less damaging. During this process, problems are identified and remedied immediately.

Ad-hoc service - To guarantee a quick response we would normally recommend that your computers are covered by a support agreement, however, if required urgently Teched is usually able to provide an engineer on-site on a next day basis to solve problems for non-contract customers. Our competitive rates provide a qualified engineer to your premises to solve problems on a fixed callout and hourly rate.
